Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in international wholesale banking.
• Proven track record in strategic product originating and structuring complex financing solutions.
• Strong network and market knowledge within the European Construction & Real Estate sector is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and grow strategic client relationships.
• Solid credit risk management expertise and strong commercial judgement.
• Experience leading complex transactions and managing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage at C-level.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Strong team player with the ability to mobilise multidisciplinary teams and deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the Construction & Real Estate portfolio in targeted European markets, focusing on new business, deepening existing relationships, and identifying growth opportunities that contribute to Rabobank’s green asset expansion.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across branches, risk, product groups, and the broader European Construction & Real Estate team on commercial opportunities and innovative solutions.
• Act as a sector specialist, championing innovation and sustainability, and contributing to Rabobank’s mission to build a resilient, future-proof Europe.
