Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in international wholesale banking.
• Proven track record in strategic origination and structuring complex financing solutions.
• Strong network and market knowledge within the European Construction & Real Estate sector.
• Experience leading complex transactions and managing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with C-level engagement.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Strong team player capable of mobilising multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the Construction & Real Estate portfolio in targeted European markets.
• Collaborate with international branches, risk, product groups and other bankers on opportunities.
• Act as sector specialist and champion innovation and sustainability in Rabobank’s client solutions.
• Expand Rabobank’s portfolio outside the Netherlands, with Nordic focus as applicable.
