Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Financial Planning professional to lead the quarterly and annual forecasting for the full P&L in a dynamic, international environment. You’ll drive the month-end close, review variances, and support commercial teams with key drivers and opportunities.

Requirements include a BS/BA in accounting or finance, 3–5 years in financial planning, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP, BPC, and BI tools. Proficiency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business Economics.
• 3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning within an international multi-channel environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial modeling.
• Experience with SAP, BPC, and BI tools is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel with advanced formulas.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage quarterly and annual forecasting for the full P&L.
• Drive month-end close by reviewing P&L and variances.
• Support weekly and monthly business outlooks with key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Track SG&A, provide bridges and KPIs for monthly reporting.
• Create and distribute monthly reports; prepare accruals for accounting teams.
• Drive process improvements to streamline financial reporting.
• Handle ad-hoc analyses and financial modeling for senior stakeholders.

Overview

What You'll Do

• Manage the quarterly and annual forecasting process for the full P&L, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Drive the month-end closing process by reviewing the P&L and analyzing key variances against plans and prior periods.
• Support weekly and monthly business outlooks, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities to the commercial teams.
• Track and provide SG&A bridges and key KPIs for monthly corporate reporting and financial review decks.
• Create, Maintain and distribute key monthly reports and prepare necessary accruals for the Accounting and Controlling teams.
• Innovate by driving process efficiencies with a continuous improvement mindset to streamline financial reporting.
• Achieve high-quality results on ad-hoc requests from senior stakeholders, including financial modeling and business case support.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• BS or BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning within a complex, international multi-sales channel environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial modeling.
• Background knowledge in SAP, BPC, and BI tools is highly preferred.
• Highly proficient in Excel, with the ability to utilize complex formulas for day-to-day analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive under pressure with quick turnaround times.
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders through strong written and verbal English communication.
