Job summary

Mr. Watson is seeking a capable kitchen professional to support the Head Chef in daily operations and help mentor junior team members. You’ll be hands-on with our wood-fired grill and fermentation projects, ensuring consistency across all dishes and guiding the prep work.

You will also train and mentor junior kitchen staff and step in when the Head Chef is away, contributing to a collaborative, high-standard kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of plant-based cooking techniques.
