Job summary

ASML is seeking a graduate to join its Sourcing and Supply Chain Graduate Acceleration Program in the Netherlands. The program leads to roles such as operational supplier coordinator, tactical buyer, project coordinator, or central fulfillment management coordinator. You will be assessed to align with the best fit during recruitment.

You will participate in a two-year intensive development program with mentorship, coaching, and a focus on personal growth as part of ASML's early career track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering with a focus on supply chain management, or another closely related field.
• Maximum of six months of relevant work experience, excluding internships.
• You will be fully graduated before starting your position at ASML.

• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, logistics partners, engineers, and internal stakeholders to solve business challenges.

Help enable the technology behind the world's most advanced semiconductor machines. In this program, you'll learn how one of the world's most complex supply chains operates while developing the skills needed to make an impact within ASML. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll gain hands‑on experience, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and tackle real business challenges that support our suppliers, customers, and operations. This program is the perfect combination of starting in a sourcing and supply chain related role and involvement in a two-year development program.

Role and responsibilities

By applying for the Sourcing and Supply Chain Graduate Acceleration Program, you will be considered for multiple positions, such as operational supplier coordinator, tactical buyer, project coordinator or central fulfillment management coordinator. During the recruitment process we will investigate together which role best aligns with your background and future ambitions. In the positions, you will:

• Support operational or tactical activities within your assigned supply chain domain.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, logistics partners, engineers, and/or internal stakeholders to solve business challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, quality, and reliability across the supply chain.
• Develop expertise within a specific supply chain discipline while building a broad understanding of ASML's end-to-end operations.
• Specialize in a specific field with no job rotations.
• Participate in an intensive 2-year training and development program to accelerate your personal growth. The program consists of approximately 10 training days a year to develop your soft skills.
• Receive guidance from a personal mentor from the company as well as a professional coach from an external company to define your personal learning goals and drive your personal development.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering with a focus on supply chain management, or another closely related field.
• You can have a maximum of six months of relevant work experience, excluding internships.
• You will be fully graduated before starting your position at ASML.
