Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering with a focus on supply chain management, or another closely related field.
• You can have a maximum of six months of relevant work experience, excluding internships.
• You will be fully graduated before starting your position at ASML.

Responsibilities

• Support operational or tactical activities within your assigned supply chain domain.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, logistics partners, engineers, and internal stakeholders to solve business challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, quality, and reliability across the supply chain.
• Develop expertise within a specific supply chain discipline while building a broad understanding of ASML's end-to-end operations.
• Specialize in a specific field with no job rotations.
• Participate in an intensive 2-year training and development program to accelerate your personal growth, with ~10 training days per year to develop soft skills.
• Receive guidance from a personal mentor from the company as well as a professional coach from an external company to define your personal learning goals and drive your personal development.
