Job summary

Delta Electronics seeks an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver end-to-end Building Automation and Integrated Security solutions. This role blends technical pre‑sales, solution architecture, and project delivery to support customers, partners, and internal teams in BAS/BMS, CCTV, and Access Control.

You will translate business needs into future‑ready smart building solutions aligned with Delta's technology strategy, design scalable architectures, and guide projects from design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Building Automation (BAS/BMS), CCTV, Access Control, and smart building solutions.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, system integration, pre-sales, and project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and building technologies integration.

Responsibilities

• Support sales activities with technical consultations, presentations, proposals, and engagements.
• Design and recommend BAS/BMS, CCTV, and Access Control solutions meeting requirements.
• Develop scalable architectures, integration strategies, and lifecycle proposals.
• Provide technical guidance to partners, integrators, and internal teams.
• Lead or support project execution from design to commissioning and handover.
• Act as technical expert and escalation point for complex issues.
• Drive system integration across BAS/BMS, HVAC, energy management, CCTV, and access platforms.
• Monitor trends to recommend innovative, value‑driven solutions.
• Support training and capability development for teams and partners.
