Job summary

Delta is seeking a senior business development professional to drive strategic growth in the power electronics value chain for data center and grid-level applications. You will engage early with customers, manage key accounts, and align opportunities with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include tracking market trends, expanding high-potential opportunities, managing lifecycle with customers, and delivering on defined sales targets while coordinating with product management and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or other relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in power electronics industry, with at least 2 years focusing on energy infrastructure-related products.
• Proven track record of working directly with customers to understand needs, deliver solutions, and create win-win scenarios.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly present results to management and stakeholders.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Business fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop high-potential business opportunities, developing the market and key accounts in line with strategic objectives.
• Track market ecosystem changes and technology trends (e.g. Hydrogen, HVDC, UPS, EaaS) and reflect them in account & growth strategies.
• Manage existing customers throughout the full product lifecycle, ensuring long-term partnership and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to regional growth objectives.
• Work closely with product management, application engineering, and operations teams to ensure competitive and timely solutions.
• Provide regular reporting, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasts.
