Job description

My client is seeking a Building Management Systems Engineer to deliver building automation and smart building systems across commercial offices, mixed-use developments, and mission-critical facilities in Amsterdam. You will be involved in the engineering, commissioning, and optimisation of BMS solutions on technically complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer, program, and commission BMS / building automation systems
• Deliver HVAC controls using Siemens, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Trend, or Beckhoff
• Integrate systems via BACnet, Modbus, KNX, IP-based protocols
• Work from control drawings, I/O lists, and functional descriptions
• Support testing, handover, and system optimisation
• Collaborate with project teams and clients
