Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect for the Customer Lake team to drive adoption of an agentic CDP integrated into the Data Intelligence Platform. You will engage CMOs and data leaders, deliver presentations, demos, and POCs, and translate field insights into strategic recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.

You will lead technical engagements across data engineering, identity resolution, audience activation, and governance, enabling scale and best-practice implementations for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CDP, MarTech, or customer data engineering expertise
• 3+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting role
• Experience designing and delivering data and AI applications for marketing
• Deep familiarity with CDP and martech/adtech platforms
• Experience with SQL or Genie for data governance
• Experience with GSIs and consulting partners
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
• Undergraduate degree in a technical field

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to guide strategic customers from design to activation
• Collaborate with GTM leadership to design and execute engagement strategies across territory
• Build relationships with CMOs, MarTech leads, data engineering teams to drive adoption
• Enable clients at scale through workshops, POCs, and customer-facing collateral
• Influence product roadmap with field-derived insights for Product and Engineering teams
• Handle tier-3 escalation for complex data environments to ensure customer success
• Establish and refine the POC intake process to maximize customer outcomes
