Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to drive post-sale success for top customers, blending technical leadership with commercial acumen. You will partner with sales and field engineering to accelerate adoption, orchestrate teams, and ensure value realization across Databricks workloads.

You will lead use-case strategy, own technical account plans, engage executives, coordinate Professional Services, and report on customer health and adoption metrics to the Technical GM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering technical projects in Data & AI.
• Programming in Python, Spark and Databricks.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture or consulting.
• Understanding of distributed data systems and how to attribute business value.
• Technical program or project management with stakeholder accountability.
• Experience resolving escalations with senior customer executives.
• Experience leading discovery workshops and creating strategic roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution across multiple use cases within major accounts.
• Be the accountable technical leader for assigned use cases across selling teams.
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Onboarding/Technical Services, and PS for delivery.
• Develop plans covering product adoption, governance, and scaling workloads to production.
• Provide KPI updates and customer health status to the Technical GM.
