Solutions Architect – Agentic CDP for Marketing

Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect (Customer Lake) to guide strategic customers in deploying its agentic CDP within the Lakehouse. You will design architectures across data engineering, identity resolution, and activation campaigns, deliver POCs and demos, and collaborate with GTM teams to drive adoption and revenue across domains.

You will work with CMOs and marketing technology leaders to translate field insights into product guidance and scale customer success globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CDP/MarTech or customer data engineering with client-facing experience
• Experience designing and delivering customer data and activation solutions
• Experience with identity resolution, segmentation, personalization, and next-best-action workflows

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to guide strategic customers on implementations across data, identity, activation and deployment
• Collaborate with GTM leadership to design and execute engagement strategies across territory
• Act as trusted Solutions Architect building credibility with CMOs and data/marketing leaders
• Enable clients at scale through workshops, POC execution and customer-facing collateral
• Influence product roadmap by translating field insights into recommendations for Product and Engineering
• Handle complex technical challenges as tier-3 escalation point for field
• Refine sales qualification and POC intake processes to maximize customer success
