Job summary

Action is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to design end-to-end platform solutions that align with enterprise architecture and business objectives. You will translate complex business needs into scalable ServiceNow designs, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple domains to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience designing from architectural perspective, not just operations.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Experience in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Certified knowledge of the ServiceNow platform applied to enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow platform solutions that support Action's business objectives.

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology departments, developers and architects.
• Contribute to the further growth, adoption and maturity of the ServiceNow platform across Action.

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you play a key role in shaping and scaling one of
Action's most important supporting platforms. You translate business challenges into
scalable, future-proof ServiceNow solutions and ensure our platform continues to
support Action's rapid international growth.

You collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, helping them transform
requirements into practical solutions that deliver real business value. You combine
strategic thinking with hands‑on architectural expertise and guide solution
development from concept through implementation.

You are not only a technical expert, but also a trusted advisor who can explain complex
technical decisions in a way that business stakeholders understand and support.

What you'll do

As ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will:

You'll become part of Action's Technology department, working within a dynamic
environment that supports more than 3,600 stores across multiple European countries.

In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, ServiceNow team,
developers, domain and enterprise architects. You'll be joining an organisation where
technology plays a critical role in enabling continued growth and operational
excellence.

What we’re looking for

You are a strong communicator who can translate between business and technology.
You enjoy solving complex challenges and are comfortable engaging stakeholders at
different organisational levels.

You bring:

• At least 5 years of experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Proven experience working with ServiceNow from an architectural perspectiverather than purely operational, support or administration-focused roles.
• Strong experience translating business requirements into technical solutiondesigns.
• Experience working within large, complex organisations with multiplestakeholder groups.
• Certified knowledge of the ServiceNow platform applied to enterpriseenvironments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• The ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-growing international organisations.
• Experience in retail, logistics or other high-volume operational environments.
• Experience in designing multiple ServiceNow implementations.
• Multiple ServiceNow architecture certifications.
• Experience working in cloud-first environments.
