Canopy Infrastructure is seeking an Investment Manager to drive the sale, acquisition and financing of solar PV and BESS assets across Europe and Canada. You will work with senior management, the development team, investors and lenders to grow our network as deals progress.

Required: a Master’s in Finance/Economics/Business with 5–7 years in M&A or project finance, and strong modelling and negotiation skills. Experience in Canada is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in M&A, renewable energy investments, or project finance.
• Strong track record in solar PV or renewable energy asset transactions.
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Understanding of project finance, debt sizing, and risk analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead solar PV asset acquisitions and sales from initial assessment to closing across international markets.
• Develop financial models to assess investments, economics, financing structures, and returns.
• Prepare investment cases, valuations and sensitivity analyses for decision making.
• Coordinate with banks, investors, advisors on financing options and terms.
• Maintain relationships with investors, banks, developers, and lenders.
