Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is building a new customer experience core and seeks engineers to shape the future of customer engagement. You will join UI/UX and software design sessions to craft end-to-end solutions and automate processes wherever possible using the latest technologies.

You will work with product and engineering managers, staff engineers and teammates to bring the vision to life, applying AI tools to accelerate development and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in multiple programming paradigms (functional, structural, OO).
• Strong Git version control experience.
• Ability to promote clean code, code reviews, and testing practices.
• Experience with cloud-native application development and delivery.
• DevOps mindset with lean development principles.
• Identify recurring engineering tasks where AI/automation adds value.
• Desire to own the product end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the company’s new customer experience core development.
• Engage in UI, UX, and SW design sessions to shape customer engagement and success.
