Dorel Juvenile invites a Social Media Intern in the Netherlands to help execute the Bebeconfort strategy across social channels. You will work with influencers and the broader social media, multimedia and brand teams to convey a unified online message.

You are a graduating student in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media, with a passion for social media, strong English communication, and an analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• A graduating student in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• A passion for social media and creativity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; other EU languages a plus.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Proactive, self-motivated and collaborative in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest.

• Execute Bebeconfort social media strategy across channels.

Your mission

As our Social Media Intern it is your mission to create and execute our Bebeconfort social media strategy. You will also be responsible for developing and sharing social media retail assets for our Bebeconfort Brand. You will report directly to our social media specialist and work together with the broader social media and influencer, multimedia and brand teams to create a unified online message.

Key Responsibilities

• Work from Bebeconfort social media strategy towards execution for their social channels.
• Support the collaboration with influencers.
• Work collaboratively with our Social Media specialists to align the strategy with overall team/brand goals.
• Research competitors and market leaders to find inspiration and opportunities for our brand.
• Support day-to-day social media management tasks and ongoing projects.
• Stay on top of emerging social media trends and best practices.

Your profile

• A graduating student in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• A passion for social media and creativity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with an ability to craft engaging content. Other EU languages are a plus.
• Analytical mindset and familiarity in using social media insights and tools. Experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and excited about learning in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
• Experience with multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest etc.).
• A creative thinker who’s ready to test new ideas and approaches, even if they’re a bit outside the box.

What We Offer

• A salary internship renumeration between €400 and €500 a month based on your academic level.
• This is a position for 32-40 hours per week, depending on your preferences.
• We are open for both graduation internships, as well as work placement internships.
• You will receive an internship contract.
• The option to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
• Other terms include travel expenses, use of a laptop, and team outings.
