MR MARVIS, an Amsterdam-based menswear brand, seeks a Social Media & Community Specialist to lead content and engage a growing audience across platforms. You will create visuals and witty copy, manage conversations, and develop campaigns that align with product launches.

You’ll collaborate with Design, Copy, Creative Production, and Growth Marketing to ensure content supports business goals while spotting trends and optimizing performance.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of social media management experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle.
• Strong graphic design capabilities using Adobe CS and Figma.
• Excellent English copywriting and storytelling for social captions and communities.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to translate brand values into shareable content.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: craft visuals and witty English copy for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube.
• Community Management: build an active online community with meaningful conversations.
• Campaign & Concept Development: pitch ideas aligned with product launches.
• Channel Management: plan, schedule, post, and track performance with a consistent calendar.
• Trend Spotting: monitor trends and adapt to MR MARVIS tone and style.

We are looking for a Social Media & Community Specialist who lives and breathes social media, creativity, trends, and community. In this role, you will join the Brand Team at our Amsterdam headquarters and work alongside our Creative Content Manager to bring our social strategy to life.

From creating assets and writing witty copy to fostering genuine conversations, you will be the creative spark that keeps our brand fresh, relevant, and exciting. We want someone who combines a sharp visual eye with strategic thinking, translating our brand values into content people love to share.

What you'll do

• Content Creation: Craft visual assets (graphics, static posts, carousels, videos) and write playful English copy across all key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube).

• Community Management: Build and nurture an active, engaged online community through consistent interaction and meaningful conversations.

• Campaign & Concept Development: Pitch fresh ideas and develop creative concepts that align with our brand strategy and key product launches.

• Channel Management: Plan, schedule, post, and track the performance of content across all channels while maintaining a consistent content calendar.

• Trend Spotting: Stay on top of social and cultural trends, adapting them quickly to fit the MR MARVIS tone and style.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Design, Copy, Creative Production, and Growth Marketing to ensure social content supports wider business goals.

• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze performance metrics and use those insights to continuously improve content and engagement.
  

What you'll bring

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience managing social media channels, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry (a major plus).

• Design Skills: Strong graphic design capabilities with tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

• Content Production: Sharp photo, video, and editing skills, backed by a portfolio that showcases your ability to create trend-led content.

• Copywriting: Exceptional English copywriting skills for captions, stories, and community interactions.

• Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of current social platforms, formats, algorithms, and localization.

• Soft Skills: A proactive mindset, collaborative energy, strong organizational skills, and a natural feel for the MR MARVIS aesthetic.

• Language: Fluency in English.
