Boomerang, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Content Creator in Amsterdam to turn culture and trends into engaging social content. You will ideate, shoot, edit and deliver content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other channels, collaborating with creative, strategy, design, community, paid media and production teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a social creative setting (agency, production or in-house).
• Strong portfolio of social-first content across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Experience with short-form video, mobile-first storytelling, shooting and editing.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, trends and audience behaviour.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple briefs and deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce original, high‑quality social-first content for multiple platforms.
• Handle hands-on content production from scripting to delivery.
• Star in the content when the concept calls for it.
• Stay close to platform updates and creator culture to keep content relevant.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, design, community and production teams.
• Contribute to brainstorms and campaign ideation with social insight.
• Track content performance and apply learnings to future concepts.
