Boomerang, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a social-first Content Creator in Amsterdam to turn culture, trends and brand stories into content people want to watch, share and engage with. You will ideate, shoot, edit and deliver engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, collaborating with creative, strategy, design, community, paid media and production teams.

This role is hybrid and based in Amsterdam, with at least 3 days in the Boomerang office and a valid Netherlands

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a social creative agency, production company or in-house brand content team.
• A strong portfolio of social-first content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Fluent in Dutch and excellent English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and produce original, high-quality social-first content, including short-form video, images, stories, UGC-style assets and campaign content.
• Handle hands-on content production, from scripting and shooting to editing and delivery.
• Star in the content you create when the concept calls for it.
• Stay close to platform updates, creator culture, social trends and audience behaviour to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, design, community, paid media and production colleagues to bring ideas to life.
• Contribute to creative brainstorms and campaign ideation with a strong understanding of what works in social.
• Track content performance and apply learnings to improve future concepts and executions.
