Job summary

Trigger, backed by Builders Studio, is seeking a Social Media Manager in Rotterdam to own and operate its Instagram and LinkedIn presence. You will translate deep thinking about behavior and performance into compelling content that earns attention and builds trust with founders, strategists, creatives, and operators.

You will ship content with a clear voice, track meaningful performance, and iterate based on insights, contributing to a high-ownership, early-stage project at Trigger.

Qualifications

• Managed and grown social accounts with a clear point of view.
• Wrote sharp, non-generic copy for social content.
• Strong storytelling, framing, and narrative sense.
• Deep understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn formats and distributions.

Responsibilities

• Own Trigger’s Instagram and LinkedIn presence end-to-end.
• Turn insights and product thinking into clear content.
• Develop and evolve Trigger’s voice, narrative, and visual direction.
• Create and ship content consistently (posts, carousels, short-form video).
• Track performance and iterate based on meaningful signals.
