Breeze is seeking a Social Creative Lead to own how we appear on social, from concept to brief to shooting and editing. You will drive organic growth, manage briefs, and ensure content quality across channels. You’ll read data to refine what we produce and stay ahead of trends.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and creators, be comfortable on camera, and leverage AI tools to work faster. Fluent English required; Dutch a plus. Hybrid work near Rotterdam.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of growing organic social channels.
• Strong copywriting skills: hooks, scripts, captions.
• Able to shoot, edit and post content yourself when needed.
• Data-driven: reads metrics and steers creative accordingly.

Responsabilités

• Decide what content to create, primarily short-form video, based on performance.
• Grow and own the Instagram and TikTok channels; own metrics.
• Provide sharp feedback on assets; write briefs for organic and paid.
• Maintain a steady posting rhythm and a clean content library.
