Job summary

Trigger is seeking a Social Media Intern to help build and run its presence on Instagram and LinkedIn from Rotterdam in a hybrid, full-time role. The internship is minimum six months, with real content decisions and publishing responsibilities, not just shadowing.

You’ll work closely with the founder and the founding team, learning to analyze performance, test ideas, and ship real content and feedback loops that shape social narratives.

Qualifications

• Curious about social media, storytelling, and human behavior.
• Active content creator for yourself, brands, or projects.
• Have a point of view, even if still forming.
• Eager to learn fast and take feedback seriously.
• Comfortable in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
• Value quality over sheer posting frequency.
• Degree in Social Psychology/Cognitive Science or related field is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to Trigger’s Instagram and LinkedIn content.
• Turn ideas, insights, and frameworks into posts and formats.
• Create and publish content (carousels, short-form video, experiments).
• Learn how to analyze performance beyond likes and impressions.
• Test, iterate, and improve based on resonance.
• Develop taste, judgment, and understanding of social storytelling.
