Job summary

The Launch is seeking a motivated student to support our marketing and social media efforts in Amsterdam. You will create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest, stay ahead of trends, and collaborate with the team on creative ideas.

You will analyze data to improve our strategy and assist with shoots, styling, scouting, and events. Based in or near Amsterdam, you will work hands-on, both independently and with others, and you will be fluent in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

Currently studying Communications, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (HBO/Bachelor/Master).
Always have your camera ready and love creating content.
Strong understanding of social media platforms; you know what works where and enjoy testing new ideas.
Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable taking responsibility.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Based in (or near) Amsterdam.
Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Create engaging and visually appealing content for our channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).
Stay on top of the latest social media trends.
Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm creative content ideas.
Analyse performance data to generate insights and improve our social strategy.
Assist with monthly photoshoots and campaigns, including styling, location scouting, and model scouting.
Help optimise and maintain the website to keep it on-brand and up to date.
Arrange and prepare for events.
