Job summary

Accenture Netherlands seeks a Consultant – Smart Grid Operations to help energy operators modernize grid control rooms, implement smart grid technologies, and develop digital capabilities for future power networks.

You will work on SCADA, DERMS, OT infra, and data-driven insights, collaborating with power systems engineers, clients, and technology teams to deliver transformational projects within a dynamic, international energy practice.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical, energy, power systems, control systems, industrial engineering, computer science or related field.
Experience in utilities, energy, OT, smart grids, power systems, SCADA or related domains.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of translating challenges into tech-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

Transform grid operations through digital innovation with modernized control rooms and smart grid technologies.
Deliver smart grid solutions on projects involving SCADA, DERMS, OT infrastructure, and advanced monitoring.
Bridge engineering and digital technology to translate operational issues into practical, tech-enabled solutions.
Enable data-driven decision making by leveraging system data for insights and situational awareness.
Support energy transition through renewables integration and congestion management.
Grow into a trusted advisor by collaborating with clients, engineers, and technology teams.
