Job summary

Accenture Industry X is seeking a Consultant – Grid Planning & Modelling Engineering to work with leading transmission and distribution operators to shape future electricity networks through digitalization and data analytics.

You will analyze grid challenges, design future-proof networks, develop automated modelling solutions, and turn data into actionable insights while collaborating with experienced engineers and consultants on impactful projects across the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Energy Technology or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in power systems, grid planning or grid operations.
• Knowledge of transmission and distribution network planning principles.
• Experience with grid modelling methodologies and studies.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Shape future energy networks by planning and designing future-proof electricity networks.
• Solve grid challenges like congestion, reinforcement and renewable integration.
• Develop digital and automated grid planning and modelling solutions.
