Job summary

Accenture’s Energy Practice is seeking professionals to transform grid operations and deliver smart grid solutions across transmission and distribution networks. You will bridge engineering with digital technology, using SCADA, DERMS, and OT infrastructure to modernize systems and enable data-driven decisions.

You’ll collaborate with clients, engineers, and technology teams to grow into leadership roles, while gaining experience in consulting, project delivery, and client management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Energy Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience within utilities, energy, OT, smart grids, power systems, SCADA environments, or related technical domains.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, operational improvement, or technology implementation projects.
• Familiarity with transmission and distribution networks and utility operations.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of power systems, grid operations, energy management, or electricity network processes.

What We’re Looking For

Education

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Energy Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

Experience within utilities, energy, operational technology, smart grids, power systems, SCADA environments, or related technical domains. Experience supporting digital transformation, operational improvement, or technology implementation projects. Familiarity with transmission and distribution networks and utility operations. Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders. Understanding of power systems, grid operations, energy management, or electricity network processes. Experience in consulting, engineering, technology, or operational environments is considered an advantage.

Exposure to advanced analytics, digital twins, IoT, artificial intelligence, or data-driven operational solutions.

Certifications related to power systems, utilities, project management, Agile methodologies, cloud technologies, or digital transformation.

Experience working in consulting environments.
