Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to drive large-scale transformation programs in grid investments for the Netherlands. You will combine capital project expertise with data, technology, and modern delivery methods to help utilities plan, engineer, procure, construct, and operate critical infrastructure.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape transformation roadmaps, and collaborate with senior client stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in infrastructure and capital projects
• Proven track record guiding senior client stakeholders and executive leadership
• Experience within utilities, energy infrastructure, transmission, distribution, or asset-intensive industries

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead transformation programs that improve capital project performance across the asset lifecycle
• Lead end-to-end initiatives spanning strategy, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations
• Translate business objectives into actionable transformation roadmaps with measurable outcomes
• Drive improvements in project predictability, quality, cost efficiency, and delivery speed
• Guide clients in adopting modern delivery approaches including BIM, systems engineering, and engineering data platforms
