Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of simple cooking and food preparation tasks (pancakes, eggs, burgers, vegetables).
• Prepare hot cereals, soups, sauces and gravies; set up and replenish salad bar.
• Prepare ingredients by peeling, chopping, slicing, dicing, mixing; weigh and measure as required.
• May weigh portions and followRecipes; cover, label and store leftovers.
• Clean, disassemble and reassemble kitchen components and equipment following safety procedures.
