Qualifications

• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle on site, ensuring objectives and timelines are met.
• Develop schedules, resource plans, and budgets with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate site activities including subcontractors, procurement, quality control, and safety.
• Monitor progress and report risks to the Project Manager.
• Lead and motivate site personnel with clear direction.
• Foster teamwork and growth; conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulators.
• Act as liaison between project team and external stakeholders.
• Address client requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and codes; promote safety culture.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to identify issues.
