Job summary

Mercury in Eemshaven, The Netherlands, seeks an Electrical Supervisor to lead on-site installation teams for major projects. You will manage safety, schedule, subcontractors, and progress reporting to ensure Right First Time delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with QA, engineering, and package managers, maintaining daily logs, and ensuring materials and manpower meet project needs while safeguarding quality and compliance in a challenging energy and construction environment.

Qualifications

• A trade background with supervisory experience on large installation crews.
• 5–10 years proven track record in supervising large installation projects.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety standards.
• Experience in design and build environments.
• Strong IT and technical knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site safety in coordination with Mercury Safety Advisor.
• Manage day-to-day on-site operations and subcontractor activities.
• Coordinate with QA and Electrical Package Manager for Right First Time installs.
• Track progress, schedule, manpower, and weekly meetings with subcontractors.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and look-ahead plans.
• Ensure materials are ordered and inventory aligns with plan.
