Job summary

KLG Europe in Waalwijk is seeking a proactive Management Assistant to support the Site Manager with daily operations and the site’s development. You bring structure, monitor progress, and ensure timely information is available to enable effective decision-making.

You are a Bachelor HBO holder, available at least 24 hours per week, and have excellent Dutch and English communication. The role offers an informal atmosphere, training opportunities, and a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree HBO level or equivalent.
• Available for at least 24 hours per week.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch and English.
• Experience as a Management Assistant or similar role.
• Strong communicator with interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Site Manager with organizational, communication, and project matters.
• Structure, monitor progress, track agreements and projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and management information.
• Coordinate and follow up on projects and actions within the site.
• Organize meetings, take minutes, and distribute management communications.
• Identify bottlenecks and support improvement initiatives.
