Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Roermond is seeking a proactive Site Controller to partner with the Site Manager and provide financial guidance, drive accurate reporting, and support strategic decision-making.

You will lead month-end close, manage the P&L, oversee local accounting, drive budgeting and forecasting, strengthen internal controls, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in finance and/or controlling.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a finance partner to site leadership and managers.
• Lead month-end and year-end close and manage local accounting functions.
• Lead budgeting and monthly forecasting, with corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain internal controls for financial compliance.
• Create and discuss sales invoices with site manager and customers.
