Job summary

Dornan Engineering Group in Groningen seeks an Electrical Construction Manager to lead on a Hyperscale Data Center project in the North of Holland. You will coordinate on-site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget, while driving QA/QC and adhering to the project safety plan.

The role demands a trade or degree in electrical discipline with 8+ years in construction management, preferably in data-centre environments.

Qualifications

• Trade or degree in electrical discipline.
• 8+ years in construction management (electrical).
• Data centre construction experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager to manage and supervise personnel on site.
• Lead safety standards and QA/QC, and enforce quality of work.
• Oversee on-site leadership and coordination with subcontractors.
• Plan labour/resources and track progress against the schedule.
• Assist with project handover and close-out activities.
