Job summary

Dornan Engineering Group in Groningen is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to support the Hyperscale Data Centre project in the North of Holland. You will oversee electrical installation works on site and coordinate subcontractors to meet safety, quality, and programme targets.

The role requires strong leadership, fluency in English, and a track record on large-scale or mission-critical projects.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising electrical works on large-scale projects.
• Experience on data centre, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manage subcontractors.
• Fluent English in a technical environment.
• European project experience and safety certifications are advantageous.

Based in Groningen, this is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Critical Infrastructure Division as an Electrical Supervisor, supporting the delivery of our Hyperscale Data Centre project in the North of Holland.

Your day will include:

• Supervising electrical installation works on site
• Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
• Ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets are achieved
• Reviewing drawings, permits, and method statements
• Supporting testing, commissioning, and handover activities
• Reporting progress and resolving site issues

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in electrical supervision on large‑scale projects
• Experience on data centre, industrial, or mission‑critical projects
• Electrical trade qualification or relevant engineering degree
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems and electrical installations
• Ability to read technical drawings and manage subcontractors
• Fluent English required
• European project experience and safety certifications are advantageous
