Job summary

Mercury in Amsterdam is seeking a CSA Engineer to oversee civil, structural and architectural packages on complex projects. You will coordinate safety, QA, scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor coordination, ensuring programs are met and quality standards are upheld.

The role requires strong leadership, weekly progress reporting, and close collaboration with the site team, clients, and design professionals to support procurement, planning and handover activities.

Qualifications

• An engineering qualification or Construction Management qualification.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience on large projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate civil, structural and architectural packages.
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage civil, structural and architectural packages under your control.
• Oversee site safety in coordination with project team and Mercury Safety Advisor.
• Lead QA activities and ensure adherence to Mercury procedures.
• Coordinate project scheduling and reporting to CSA Manager.
• Review drawings and design deliverables for feasibility and quality.
• Maintain cost control, procurement, and site logistics.
