Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize Clinical Site Agreements.
• Serve as subject matter expert for CSA strategy and negotiations.
• Build relationships to expedite contract negotiations.
• Identify legal and operational risks and escalate as needed.
• Align site startup activities with contractual processes.
