Job summary

Psi CRO is seeking a clinical operations coordinator based in the Netherlands for a remote role. You will act as a primary contact for investigative sites and support day-to-day delivery of clinical studies with timely communication across international teams.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in clinical research, a Life Sciences degree, and fluent Dutch and English. Strong organization and MS Office skills are required to manage documentation and project training effectively.

Qualifications

• Serve as a contact for investigative sites throughout clinical research projects.
• Support sites in day-to-day delivery of clinical studies with timely communication.
• Coordinate resolution of site-specific questions and collaboration between sites, project teams and stakeholders.
• Support site teams with project training and access to study-related/vendor systems.
• Track study and site activities and follow up on outstanding actions to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain accurate study information in relevant systems and up-to-date essential documentation.
• Coordinate information and communication across internal teams and external partners.
• Support project meetings by drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions.

Responsibilities
