Livom in Amsterdam is seeking a Sales Advisor to inspire customers with modular sofas and help realize their home furnishing dreams. You will provide friendly consultation in-store and online, guiding customers toward confident buying decisions.

Qualifications

• Enjoyment of working with people and service-oriented consulting.
• Strong sales drive with closing skills and ability to guide customers to a decision.
• Open, communicative personality with a positive presence.
• Good Dutch language skills; English or additional languages are a plus.
• Passion for interior design and home furnishings.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional advice on modular sofas in showroom and online.
• Conduct needs analysis and consult customers on products.
• Assist customers in showroom to place orders and close deals.
• Follow up with customers who haven’t purchased on the spot to close after visit.
• Help create a welcoming showroom experience and assist with showroom maintenance.
• Support daily tasks like product presentation and minor admin duties.
