Corston Architectural Detail is seeking a Showroom Accounts Manager in Amsterdam to lead the showroom team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will manage daily operations, engage with residential and trade clients, and coordinate cross-channel support.

The role requires at least 2 years in sales/account management, fluency in Dutch and English, and a passion for premium architectural products. Join a fast-growing international design brand with a comprehensive onboarding and growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or account management experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written).
• Experience in home and interiors industry.
• Excellent in-person and telephone skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building and KPI focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the showroom team to high performance.
• Maintain showroom standards and displays.
• Proactively reach out to trade professionals to visit the showroom.
• Host client meetings and networking events.
• Collaborate with local industry and media to grow Corston network.
• Capture customer details and ensure follow-ups.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Develop city-wide sales strategies.
• Coordinate with Training Team to meet KPIs.
• Build long-term relationships with retail and trade customers.
