Job summary

Corston Architectural Detail Amsterdam, Netherlands (On-site) is seeking a friendly, organised Customer Experience Advisor to join our showroom on a part-time basis, with options for full-time. You will support retail and trade customers via phone, email and in person, delivering an outstanding customer journey.

The role combines customer service, administration and showroom support in a premium design-led environment, focusing on accuracy, professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English are essential.
• Experience in customer service, retail or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide product guidance.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system.
• Support trade customers and process trade enquiries.
• Welcome and assist visitors to the showroom.
• Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
