Harmony Auto Netherlands is seeking a friendly, professional receptionist for our Rotterdam showroom. You will welcome customers and visitors, handle calls, and support daily showroom operations to ensure a positive, professional experience.

The role focuses on friendly communication, data handling, scheduling, and collaboration with various departments in a modern automotive environment. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception or front desk roles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide information and direct to the appropriate department or staff.
• Answer phone calls and transfer to the right contact.
• Manage appointments and support showroom scheduling.
• Register and maintain customer/visitor data as needed.
• Keep reception and waiting areas clean and presentable.
• Assist other departments with admin tasks.
• Receive mail, parcels, deliveries and general correspondence.
• Support showroom activities and events as needed.
• Contribute to high customer service and showroom image.
