Job summary

Harmony Auto Netherlands is seeking an experienced Finance Supervisor in Rotterdam, Netherlands to oversee financial management, control activities, and reporting. You will monitor cash flow, manage accounts receivable/payable, and lead the annual budget with close collaboration with management and departments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide insights for decision-making while maintaining internal controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in finance or financial management.
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, accounts receivable/payable management, and internal control.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles and business operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
• Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Experience in the automotive or retail industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable activities and manage payments.
• Review incoming payments and ensure reconciliation with transactions.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and update management.
• Manage financial approval processes to ensure compliance.
• Review payment applications, expense requests, contracts, and other financial documents.
• Analyze financial reports to identify trends and risks and provide insights.
• Prepare regular financial analysis and management reports.
• Lead annual budgeting including planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor performance against the budget and identify deviations.
• Collaborate with departments to improve budget control and financial efficiency.
• Support cash flow monitoring and financial planning.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, and other providers.
• Provide financial advice and support to management on decisions.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as needed.
