Responsibilities

• Lead, drive and build a high performing showroom team.
• Ensure showroom displays are neat and at high standard.
• Proactively reach out to trade professionals to visit showroom.
• Host client meetings and networking events in showroom.
• Build relationships with retail and trade customers.
• Collaborate with Training Team to meet KPIs across service, showrooms and sales.
