Job summary

Cosentino City Center Amsterdam is seeking a City Center Specialist to support daily showroom operations, guest relations, and events coordination. You will engage visitors, qualify leads, and collaborate with the local sales team to convert opportunities into projects.

You will also build relationships with design firms, manage samples and visits, and track leads in Salesforce while helping enhance showroom presence among builders, architects, and designers.

Qualifications

• 2+ experience in sales.
• 1+ experience in a retail showroom environment providing excellent customer service with a proven success track record generating leads and converting those leads into sales.
• Preferably 2+ experience in interior design industry.
• Proven Success in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service
• Knowledge of the building or decoration market
• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture or similar

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage every customer and develop long term relationships and foster brand loyalty.
• Assist all walk‑ins & customers with showroom appointments.
• Provide support face‑to‑face, over the phone and via email to explain Cosentino brand benefits.
• Develop relationships with design firms and generate sales through visits.
• Support the sales team with samples, stock checks and highlighting stock issues to meet targets.
• Work with City Manager and Showroom Managers to increase traffic and leads.
• Register visits and leads in Salesforce.
• Organize events: invitations, catering, logistics, publicity, mailing.
• Ensure daily entry of all customer visits in Salesforce and showroom upkeep.
