Job summary

Cosentino City Amsterdam seeks a City Center Specialist to support day-to-day showroom operations, guest relations, and events coordination. You will visit accounts, generate sales leads with the local sales team, and help convert leads into projects while enhancing showrooms for builders, architects and designers.

Strong customer service skills and 2+ years in sales in a showroom environment are required; knowledge of interior design trends is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a showroom environment.
• Experience providing excellent customer service and generating leads.
• Preferably 2+ years in interior design industry.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers to build relationships and foster brand loyalty.
• Assist walk-ins with appointments and provide face-to-face, phone, and email support.
• Develop relationships with design firms and generate sales through visits outside the showroom.
