Qualifications

• Completed commercial training and/or equivalent experience in sales.
• Several years of work experience in selling streetwear, shoes, sports equipment, or accessories.
• Extensive experience in leading and developing teams.
• Trainer certification is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Very good knowledge of the respective national language as well as English, both written and spoken, required.
• Enthusiasm for teamwork and a high level of communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• High degree of self-responsibility and a solution-oriented approach to work.
• Strong self-motivation, resilience, flexibility and reliability.
