Salomon, part of Amer Sports, is seeking a Sales Associate for a fixed-term 7-month, part-time position (30 hours/week) at our Roermond store. You will deliver high-level customer service, connect customers with the right products, and promote Salomon’s range in a dynamic sports retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques and Salomon product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drives sales.
• Accompany and advise customers in order to provide them with a high-level customer experience, propose complementary products (additional sales).
• Be proficient in Sales Techniques and the Digital Tools available in store in order to provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist in protecting company assets and procedures through promoting loss prevention and ensure that the stockroom is clean and well-organized.
• Master standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandising and community marketing principles.
• Be a brand ambassador and leverage the brand service culture.
• This position involves 100% presence on the sales floor.
