Job summary

MiniMed is seeking an experienced Ship/Rec/Stores Clerk III for its Distribution Center in Heerlen, the Netherlands. You will perform shipping, receiving and storage tasks, handle non-routine duties, and support day-to-day DC operations, guiding colleagues and resolving issues with our established processes.

Youll use computer systems to track shipments, verify details, and participate in improvement projects. This on-site role requires strong communication in Dutch and/or English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in logistics, warehousing or distribution.
• Broad knowledge of warehouse and distribution processes, systems and procedures.
• Comfortable using computer systems to register, track, verify and report materials and shipments.
• Able to work independently and use judgment to resolve operational issues.
• Able to identify opportunities for improvement and propose practical solutions.
• Experience coaching or training colleagues is an advantage.
• Accurate and quality-conscious with good attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and/or English.
• Relevant vocational education or certification (MBO in logistics) is advantageous.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Ship/Rec/Stores Clerk III to join our Distribution Center team in Heerlen, the Netherlands.

In this role, you will perform a broad range of shipping, receiving and storage activities and support the smooth day-to-day operation of our Distribution Center. In addition to hands-on warehouse and administrative activities, you will independently handle non-routine tasks, help resolve operational issues and provide guidance and training to colleagues.

You will use your experience and knowledge of our operational processes to identify improvements and support special projects or assignments within the Distribution Center.

This is a fully on-site position based at our Distribution Center in Heerlen.

• Relevant vocational education or certification, such as an MBO qualification in logistics, is considered an advantage.
