Job summary

MiniMed Group in Heerlen, Netherlands, seeks an experienced Ship/Rec/Stores Clerk IV to manage complex shipping, receiving and storage activities on-site at the Distribution Center.

You will lead day-to-day operations, guide colleagues, and coordinate tasks while using computer systems to track shipments and identify process improvements. Dutch and/or English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping, or distribution.
• Advanced knowledge of warehouse and distribution processes, systems and procedures.
• Experience handling complex operational activities and resolving issues independently.
• Experience providing guidance, coaching or training to colleagues.
• Ability to coordinate daily activities, delegate tasks and review work.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex shipping, receiving, storage and related administrative activities within the Distribution Center.
• Coordinate and support day-to-day operational activities and help ensure work is completed according to procedures and priorities.
• Receive, prepare, verify and process products, materials, shipments and related documentation.
• Use computer systems to track, register, verify and report materials and shipments.
• Provide guidance, coaching and training to colleagues and act as a point of contact within the team.
• Identify opportunities for improvements and work with the supervisor to implement them.
