Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the Netherlands is seeking a Shift Manager to lead operations and a team of Team Leaders in daytime shifts. You will focus on improving processes, customer satisfaction, and employee development with a fresh perspective and strong communication.

You will coach the team, monitor customer contact, and optimize workflows to create clear structures and sustainable performance improvements across the operation.

• A competitive starting salary between €3,648.57 and €4,500, depending on your knowledge and experience, with growth potential up to €5,727.27

Team & DHL Supply Chain
